Liquid Asset Funnel — Snapshot License & Restrictions

The Liquid Asset funnel, snapshot, automations, forms, surveys, pipelines, email sequences, and all associated digital assets (collectively the “Liquid Asset”) are the intellectual property of Jilly Torrez LLC d/b/a WaterOS and its collaborators. By purchasing The Liquid Asset you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Liquid Asset solely for your own personal business purposes within your WaterOS account.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring the Liquid Asset snapshot or any of its components to any third party

White labeling, rebranding, or presenting the Liquid Asset as your own original creation for sale or distribution

Sharing your snapshot link or providing access to the Liquid Asset to any individual or entity who has not purchased it directly through WaterOS

Using the Liquid Asset outside of your own personal WaterOS business account

Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms and an infringement of intellectual property rights. Jilly Torrez LLC d/b/a WaterOS reserves the right to revoke access, pursue legal remedies, and seek damages in the event of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Liquid Asset.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Jilly Torrez LLC d/b/a WaterOS you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Jilly Torrez LLC d/b/a WaterOS retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

(d) Returns & Refund Policy

GHL Software subscriptions with a 7 day free trial are non-refundable.

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable. Digital purchases include, but are not limited to, digital products, downloadable content, online courses, coaching programs, coaching call opt-ins, and access to digital funnels or training materials. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for digital goods or services once access has been granted.

If purchasing a monthly recurring subscription product your card will be charged every 30 days until canceled.

If purchasing an annual recurring subscription product, your card will revert to a monthly subscription after 365 days unless you renew your annual subscription or cancel.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Jilly Torrez LLC d/b/a WaterOS a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
